På She Grows arbetar vi för att förändra spelreglerna, nu även i styrelserummen. Vi tror på en värld där fler kvinnor leder, bygger och fattar de strategiska besluten inte genom att anpassa sig till gamla strukturer, utan genom att forma nya. Nu bygger vi ett nätverk av kompetenta kvinnor redo för styrelseuppdrag, och vi vill att du är en del av det.
Vad innebär ett styrelseuppdrag?
Som styrelseledamot bidrar du strategiskt till ett bolags riktning och långsiktiga tillväxt. Du arbetar tillsammans med övriga ledamöter för att:
Sätta och följa upp bolagets strategi och mål
Bolla och stötta VD och ledningsgrupp
Bidra med din specifika kompetens och ditt perspektiv i viktiga beslut
Säkerställa bolagets hållbarhet, styrning och etik
Representera ägarnas och verksamhetens bästa intressen
Vem tror vi att du är?
Vi tror att du är en kvinna med gedigen erfarenhet från ledarskap, näringsliv eller en specifik bransch och att du är redo att ta nästa kliv. Kanske har du länge funderat på ett styrelseuppdrag men saknat rätt ingång. Kanske sitter du redan i en styrelse och vill utöka ditt engagemang.
Din bakgrund kan vara inom tech, finans, kommunikation, juridik, hälsa, hållbarhet eller affärsutveckling det viktigaste är att du vill bidra med ditt perspektiv och din kompetens där det verkligen spelar roll.
